Prime Minister Edi Rama has announced that the Albanian Government will pay 50% of the rent for all students who meet the conditions.

"We will issue the tasks one by one. The tasks for the law on social and affordable housing, where we will also need your cooperation. It is a law that also addresses the problems of students, because since the Government's program and a little over a month ago, we launched this draft, creating a completely new approach with the increase in prices and the inability of students to pay, without taking their parents' breath away, rents in Tirana. The government will step in to pay 50% of the rent for all those students who meet the conditions," Rama announced.
