Prime Minister Edi Rama has declared that the Government will support young couples with zero-interest loans for the purchase of an apartment in Tirana.

"On the other hand, there are other parts of the law that relate to support with zero-interest loans for young couples, for an apartment up to a certain price, and then for loans with interest of up to 3% for an apartment, up to a certain price, for young professionals, for young civil servants, who want to make their lives in Tirana. It is a law that brings support for thousands of apartments per year in Tirana," Rama said, among other things.
