A mobile phone and a charger were found during a search for prohibited items at the Shkodra Prison.

According to the announcement of the Agency for Supervision of the Execution of Criminal Decisions System (AMSEVP), the items belonged to a detainee, against whom the procedural materials will be passed on to the Shkodra Prosecutor's Office for further legal action.

" The Supervisory Agency for the Execution of Criminal Decisions System, in cooperation with the Police Sector of the Shkodra Penitentiary Institution, based on information obtained in operational ways, conducted a search for prohibited items at the Shkodra Penitentiary Institution, where 1 (one) mobile phone in a switched on state, as well as 1 (one) charger, belonging to the detainee citizen AF, was found.

The procedural materials will be sent for further action to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Shkodra in charge of the detainee, citizen AF, for the criminal offense of "Introducing or keeping prohibited items in the institution for the execution of criminal decisions", provided for by Article 324/ai of the Criminal Code" , writes AMP.
