Murrizi: Why didn't opposition MPs ask Braho about Krifcë, Bankers, Bangladesh ships and Allajbeu?!

Former MP Myslym Murrizi reacted after the hearing of SPAK head Klodian Braho at the Special Committee for Justice Reform, criticizing the MPs for the way they questioned the head of the Special Prosecution Office.

In a public post, Murrizi states that he was "surprised" by some of the questions asked of Braho, claiming that the deputies focused on certain issues, while, according to him, they avoided other topics related to SPAK decision-making and sensational investigations.

"I was very surprised by the questions of some MPs who 'nailed' Claude Brahon of SPAK today in the Xhafa committee," writes Murrizi, adding that the questions were directed at issues related to various names, but not to some files that he considers of public interest.

Murrizi raises questions about SPAK decisions to discontinue certain proceedings, mentioning the case of the former mayor of Vora, Agim Kajmaku? (according to his statements), the case of GJKKO judge Irena Gjoka and KLP member Olger Emina.

He is seeking explanations as to why some cases have been closed, while other people have been prosecuted.

An important part of his response is related to the company “Bankers Petroleum”. Murrizi claims that SPAK should have investigated more extensively the issue of fiscal obligations, the role of former finance, tax and customs officials, as well as court decisions related to the company’s former administrators.

He also asks why the deputies did not raise the issue of the " Bangladesh ships ", claiming that the Albanian state has lost millions of euros from this issue, and accuses of a lack of investigation into officials linked to agricultural funds and private companies providing health services.

In his reaction, Murrizi also mentions names such as Frida Krifca, Anila Denaj, Klod Allajbeu, as well as issues related to concessions in healthcare, demanding transparency from SPAK.

They asked about Belinda.

They asked about Aruba.

They also asked about Arusha, I think, but how come no one asked why SPAK requested the suspension of the Myzyri public procurement case?

Why SPAK is requesting the dismissal of the case against GJKKO judge Irena Gjoka

Why did SPAK request the dismissal of the case against KLP member Olger Eminaj and sentence Safet Gjici or Shukri?

Why has SPAK not appealed the decision of the GJKKO that released from prison the two former administrators of BANKERS, who have stolen 15 billion euros from Albanians for 21 years without paying a single lek in profit tax, and why has SPAK not launched an investigation into all the former ministers of finance, directors of taxes and customs, and former deputies who received 13.6 million euros as law firms that "advised" BANKERS how to hide money and commit tax evasion?

How come Klodin isn't asked about the Bangladeshi ships that stole 120 million euros from Albanians without ever being caught?

How can one not ask about Frida Krifca, who stole over 100 million euros of EU income for agriculture, and whether any of Klod Braho's relatives benefited from AZHBR funds for olive groves in Berat or not?

How can you not ask about Anila Denaj who "forgave" the 120 million euro fine to the BANKERS when she has no right to review any complaint about the fine?

How can you not ask Klodin about Klod Allajbeu who received 130 million euros for dialysis and makes fun of the blacks, about Jani Karathanasi who received 120 million euros for laboratories and all Albanians get their tests done privately?

How come he's not asked about the tenders that Evis Sala of Health gives all to Klod Allajbeefendi with a price on his head?

How can one not ask why there has been no investigation of high-ranking officials since December 16, 2025, when Klodi was elected head of SPAK with the vote of Zeqiri, who took his son to BKH, and of KLP's beqiri Olger Eminaj?

How did no one ask about the trials like Gerdeci's, which have dragged on for 5-6 years with understanding, and for Lefter Koka, Vangjush Dako, Ilir Mete and Erjon Veliaj, the trials are held with "hail" every week.
