Edi Rama

"We with the Slavs and the Greeks, with all our neighbors,

We want to always live in harmony, as brothers,

Except that everyone's right should always be respected", the verses of the great Naim Frashëri, written in Greek, Prime Minister Edi Rama chose to convey as a message to his counterpart, or friend, as he called him, Kyriakos Mitsotakis .

Unable to meet him today, because official Athens has called his meeting with immigrants in Greece a provocation, Rama sent him his apologies, from himself, but also from the Albanians present at the "Galatsi" sports palace, in Athens .

"I am leaving a puddle to my friend, dear in 1986 our national poet Naim Frashëri wrote in Greek his poem, "The true desire of the Albanians"

"We with the Slavs and the Greeks, with all our neighbors,

We want to always live in harmony, as brothers,

Except that everyone's right should always be respected",..... many thanks from me and the Albanians of Greece", said Rama.

With this message, he chose to close his speech of more than 60 minutes.
