The Electoral College will review on August 13 at 10:00 the request of "Nisma-Albania Behet" for the allocation of the mandate in Tirana.
Chief Commissioner Celibashi gave the mandate to Kleana Xhuveli, while KAS passed it on to Ana Dajko.
It will now be the College that will determine who will be the MP for this coalition, where Albania Becomes wants Lapaj to be their representative in parliament.
Lapaj is seeking to be recognized as the winner of the open list with the preferential votes of citizens for the Tirana district. He is also seeking to have the revocation of the resignations on July 15 and 17 by Zeqir Kordhoni, Endri Shabani's uncle, who was the first to claim that his signature on his resignation should have been verified because he did not remember Kleana Xhuveli, whom the CEC declared the winner, not recognized as valid.
The KAS decided on July 30 that the only mandate won by NSHB in the Tirana district should be given to the first candidate on the closed list, Ana Dajko.
According to KAS, Celibashi's decision to grant a mandate to Kleana Xhuveli, ranked 4th on the subject's closed list, was overturned, and the mandate was returned to the first on this list, Ana Dajko.
The Complaints Commission said that en bloc resignations from candidacy or mandate are legally null and void and Celibashi should not have accepted those submitted on May 11 by all candidates on the fixed list of the "Albania Becomes" Coalition.
And according to KAS, the NSHB MP will neither be Endri Shabani's uncle nor Adriatik Lapaj's cousin.
