SPAK has filed a claim against the former mayor of Kukës Municipality, Safet Gjici, and the woman with whom he was caught having sex in his office premises with Alma Kaçi, in exchange for a tender.

Thus, SPAK has asked for 4 years and 6 months in prison, and from the shortened trial, the sentence ends with 3 years.

Meanwhile, SPAK requested 1 year and 6 months for Alma Kaçin, while the shortened trial reduced the sentence to only 1 year of imprisonment. The next session is scheduled for January 25.

We remind you that, in the first session, the defendants confirmed their stand for a shortened trial, while SPAK claimed that the filming of the video-scandal in the Kukës Municipality was done voluntarily by Alma Kaçi.

According to SPAK, from the administered evidence, it has emerged that after the sexual favor received by Gjici, a conversation took place between him and Kaçi where the mayor directs Kaçi to Granit Gjana, to talk about the tender for housing stray dogs.

In Kaçi's apartment, a USB was found, which contained the gross footage of the sexual act in the City Hall office. Kaçi gave several versions during interrogations. Initially, she claimed that she did the filming in the framework of the investigative show "Fiks Fare", since, according to her, she was an undeclared journalist of this program.

According to SPAK, on ​​Kaçi's phone, conversations were found between her and the journalists of the investigative show, where Kaçi talked about this filming, but no agreement between them has been proven. In another statement, Kaçi claimed that the former head of Kuka District, Abedin Oruçi, also knew about the filming, who, according to her, had taken the USB from her by force. However, this claim of hers has not found support in other evidence.
