The head of the Dossier Authority, Gentiana Sula, said on Report TV that in total they brought to the parliament a secret document where 6 senior politicians were identified as spies, IM and 5 others, also with initials. She is of the opinion that the Mezini-Bezhani Commission has not been transparent.

"Those 2 Commissions did not serve as a kind of catharsis, they did not provide transparency, they did lustration, there is no lustration without information, the job is to bring the facts to light. There was a public debate all the time, with names, but it was not exhaustive, there were 6 politicians, very high officials, there were 6, and we brought an additional document to the parliament, where there were all additional events", said Sula.

She also responded to Ilir Meta who accuses the Files Authority of manipulating the files. Such a thing, according to Sula, cannot happen as the process is in the hands of a number of people step by step.

"To manipulate an official document with us, we have said that the documentation is on paper and microfiche, there are 2 copies that exist, nothing happens individually in the authority, the laws of the state are such that there are registers, there is group work, there is cameras, there are guards, we will cooperate with the authorities, the manipulation of the text falls", - said Sula.

Whether or not it was the important IM politician, former State Security associate, Sula said that the decisions of the Dossier authority do not happen individually, but are collegial. And if the decision is disputed, the party can appeal it and then the decision can be taken to the Administrative Court. With the opening of the files, the head of the Files Authority emphasized once again that she expects the verification to be complete and a mandatory verification for all senior officials to be carried out.

Sula said that the law will undo the secret! As for the amendment of the Democratic Party to allow every citizen to request the file, Sula said that he found them unprepared for this point, but there are protocols on how to request a file. However, said Sula, the law protects the affected parties, while former State Security associates and persecutors are unprotected.

It is about the dissidents, they are people who have some kind of level and this is also demonstrated by the kind of peace they have shown. I haven't found any cases. The biggest problem comes from the misuse of information. The documents were there. Their publication and their misuse becomes a source of conflict. - said Sula.
