Agron Kapllanaj, who was commanded by Lulzim Basha as the head of the PD branch in Fier, considers the Assembly of April 30 as another show of former Prime Minister Sali Berisha and according to him, the latter has laid the foundations for the creation of a new party.

Regarding the return of well-known figures such as Jozefina Topalli or Arben Imami, Kapllanaj stated that they caused the defeat of the DP in the April 25 parliamentary elections.

"Berisha made that next appearance and there is nothing new but he has laid the foundations of a new party. All those who caused the defeat of the Democratic Party on April 25 have returned to the doctor. Here I have a suspicion that they did this. "They did it with the doctor's approval. The fact that they went to his lecterns means that they got his approval. Or maybe they do not know yet that he himself removed them from the lists of deputies." Kapllanaj told Faxnews.

Regarding the rejection made by the 35 deputies of the Democratic Party, Kapllanaj said that the Assembly of April 30 does not represent the Democrats.
