The American ambassador in Tirana, Yuri Kim, after the meeting with the Speaker of the Assembly Lindita Nikolla and the Deputy Speaker of the Parliament, Agron Gjekmarkaj, said that the importance of the meeting was the emphasis on the importance of laws.
Ambassador Kim also commented on the cyber attacks and the government's decision to cut off relations with Iran, adding that the US responded immediately.
"I want to emphasize the importance of the action taken against the cyber attack against Albania. We have seen the statement made by Prime Minister Rama today at noon. The White House has responded immediately and forcefully. It should be absolutely clear that when our friend and ally Albania is under attack, the US will take action," said Ambassador Kim.
