A school in Saranda with 1,200 students will be reconstructed, but according to a complaint by Democratic Party deputy Ina Zhupa, this will be done while the school year has started and the students still do not know where they will go.

Zhupa was in Saranda today, where from the premises of the "Adem Sheme" school, it was stated that this educational institution together with the "9 Tetori" school are the only schools in the city and now that the first one is under repair, there is still no solution for 1200 students.

 " Behind us is the school "Adem Sheme", which together with the school "9 Tetori" are the only two schools that offer services to the students of Saranda. Currently both are overloaded with students.

About 1200 students are kept and they teach in shifts. If the situation had been taken into account and resolved by opening and operating the ecocampus, we would not be obliged today to denounce the next case when state institutions neglect and do not take into account the interests of students and teachers, such as specific case. The school behind us, "Adem Sheme" needed reconstruction. And this reconstruction was not done during the summer period when teachers and students are on vacation, but it is decided that now, in the middle of the teaching process, the reconstruction is requested. And these 1200 students plus the academic staff should be organized elsewhere. But where? No state institution, neither the municipality, nor the ministry can say this. Because they work without a plan, they work based on the interests of the moment.", said deputy Zhupa.

In the statement from Saranda, Zhupa stated that education has been forgotten everywhere, especially in Saranda, as according to her, the state of how the students of Saranda are educated is deplorable and forgotten, according to her.

" In fact, throughout Albania, as we have denounced these days with facts and evidence, everywhere the situation is miserable and it is one of the many reasons why young people emigrate and why Albanian families, for the education of their children, choose to flee from Albania. Because education is in danger, Albania is in danger ", Ina Zhupa concluded her denunciation.
