The Chairman of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, in an interview with Klan News, stated that the support for students is unlimited from the Democrats.

He emphasized that the structures and youth forum of the Democratic Party have been there in the protest since its first minute and will continue to stay until the end.

The chief democrat claimed that the DP's support for the protest does not "kill" the student movement, but rather gives it strength.

He emphasized that the Democratic Party has proclaimed two principles, which, according to him, essentially protect students and their cause.

"On the contrary! I supported the protest according to the rules that they (the students) defined themselves. We have declared two principles: the first principle is to support the students with our potential, the second principle is to protect the students."

We are at the origin of this protest. We have the youth forum structures that have been there since the first minute and they will be there until the end.

"Edi Rama's phalanxes, who are there to "kill" the protest, come out with the thesis and call "Rama in prison", "Berisha in prison", there is no greater deception than saying that the position and the opposition are the same", stressed Berisha.
