Seizure of the apartment in Qerret, the Supreme Court rejects Ajola Xoxa's appeal

The High Court has rejected the appeal of Ajola Xoxa and her mother, Valbona Xoxa.

The recourse challenged the appeal decision for the seizure of an apartment in Qerret placed under seizure by SPAK.

The appeal was also filed by two companies that requested the lifting of the seizure imposed in March.
