Renowned composer and director Osman Mula was on Top Story this evening, where he spoke about singer Parashqevi Simakut.
He described her as a smart girl who knew how to choose songs, and said that in '89 she was the only one who, when she sang in circles, was accompanied by a bodyguard, because she had so much love from the public and they stopped her on the street.
"She was a smart, sweet girl and never gossiped. The model of a correct girl, she knew how to choose a song... and here she gets a 10... since in '89 she was the only one who had personal guards when she went to the districts because there was no way she wouldn't be stopped by the public on the street. From an economic point of view she was like all of us, but everything in management was the government's," said Mula.
