Ledri Vula and Sara Hoxha have left everything behind to come together on a very important day for their daughter, Poem Blu.

The ex-couple accompanied their 5-year-old to the festive program organized for the end of the school year. The parents shared very sweet moments on their social networks, showing their unsparing support for Poem on this special day.
