The singer Jonida Maliqi ended her marriage with her businessman husband, about 8 years ago. From the 17-year love story, the couple's son, Dan, was born. But 8 years after the separation, Jonida Maliqi has returned to the Court of Tirana again.

It is learned that the artist has sued her ex-husband because, as he states in the lawsuit, the businessman does not pay alimony for his son, who needs special care due to his health condition. Maliqi appeared today at the Tirana Court accompanied by her lawyer.

Jonida Maliqi states in the request to the Court that in the dissolution of the marriage, it was agreed that the ex-husband would pay alimony for the son in the amount of 2,000 euros per month. Agreement which, apparently, he has not adhered to.

Also, in the claim, it is emphasized that when the divorce took place, the ex-husband was the owner or co-owner of many assets, especially real estate located in many localities of Albania, which could be estimated at 3-4 million euros.

The apartment where Jonida Maliqi lives with Dan has also become a bone of contention between the ex-husbands, which as a property is a "marital apartment", but as the singer says in the lawsuit, the businessman did not even respect the agreement to buy a new apartment for her and his son.
