The fierce debate that could have escalated to violence between Efi and Zhaklina during 'Big Brother VIP Albania' continues to be discussed today.
For those of you who might have forgotten: When Efi was in "BBV", her psychologist published some conversations after the debates she had with Zhaklin Lekatar to show that things between them were personal. In the messages in question, Efi told him that he argued fiercely with Zhaklina, and among other things he wrote that 'I would have drowned her in a tree'.
Recently, it was Efi's own psychologist, Adelina, who clarified everything. In an interview on "Night with Aulona" she said that the therapy she practiced with Efi allows her to have friendly relations.
"I also work with friends, colleagues and family members. If the standard therapies that the population knows, as a rule, a client must go through a therapeutic process, after the therapy two years must pass for you to give him the opportunity to be a social relationship, let's say. It's a therapy that breaks that kind of barrier, that gives me access to work with anyone and not disrupt any other kind of relationship. The way Efi was showing her experience in therapy in "Big Brother" was completely different from what the other two girls showed, which was a completely different variant. I only worked on a few specific points that he asked me to change. I know the points but not the background. In the period when I felt she had more support, I am more of her friend and mentor than a true psychologist. - explained Adelina.
The psychologist stated that he does not regret publishing the messages and that there is no breach of confidentiality.
"I didn't regret it. I didn't publish it but there was a little mix-up with my secretary. It's not a big problem. There was no breach of confidentiality as the message was clear. "In a certain situation when I was put under a certain pressure my reaction was fantastic." Different from what I used to do. So it was the result of something that was worked on. I share things like this with the public for clients like this too, to show that it's working.” she said.
