Albanian students in North Macedonia have announced a protest on Monday, May 18, at 4:30 PM, with the motto "Unite with students - all with one voice", to demand that the bar exam be held in the Albanian language.

World-famous singer Bebe Rexha has come out in support of the students' cause through a reaction on social media. The artist emphasized the importance of the Albanian language as an inseparable part of the Albanian national identity and recalled the sacrifices made across generations to preserve it.

In the video shared on Instagram, Rexha said: "Our Albanian language is deeply rooted in our identity. For generations we have fought to preserve it and keep it alive."

She also recalled that North Macedonia is a multiethnic state where Albanian is recognized as a co-official language and emphasized that Albanian students deserve equal rights in education and professional processes.
