Rozana Radi reveals for the first time the truth of the debate with Rezarta Shkurta, gives up on the project

Rozana Radi has revealed that she was forced to withdraw from the release of a song due to copyright issues. On the show "Goca dhe Gra", the singer confessed that it all started in January, when she was proposed a musical project by DJ Iliano. According to her, the song turned out to be a material related to Rezarta Shkurta, who had the original version of the project.

Rozana said that before accepting the collaboration, she had requested full guarantees regarding the legal aspects of the song. She emphasized that she had asked if all copyrights had been secured and if the documentation was in order, receiving a positive response that everything was in accordance with the law.

Based on this certainty, the artist continued with the project, creating a remix version of the song, which was also performed live on February 14 in downtown Tirana. The performance was well received by the audience and it seemed that the project was ready to be released in music video format.

However, during the preparations for the final release, Rozana was faced with an unexpected reality: the song in question turned out to have been sold twice by the composer, creating a clear conflict over usage rights. This situation forced the singer to immediately withdraw from the project, to avoid legal consequences and to respect professional standards.

Rozana: I was offered a song by DJ Iliano in January, which later turned out to be a project by Rezarta Shkurta. Before accepting the collaboration, I asked if all copyrights and relevant signatures had been obtained from the author and composer. I was told that everything was in order and legally completed. Since Rezarta had the original version, we made a remix version, which I performed on February 14 in the center of Tirana.
