Three of the five victims of the tragic accident in Luxembourg are Kosovo Albanians.

This is what the neighbor of the family members of the deceased, Rezart Dini, said, who with the permission of the family members recounted the details of this accident that took the life of the 19-year-old, Edonik Kastrati from Peja, Ujkan and Ukë Bajraktaraj, the last two brothers, from Isniqi i Deçan.

He said that the three young men were on their way to the city to celebrate Ukë Bajraktaraj's 24th birthday.

He said that the police are continuing to be at the scene to investigate the causes of the accident which has shocked the whole country.

"They collided with a truck, and they were burned alive by the flames. The bodies are no longer recognized. They are divided into several parts. There were no signs of slowing down. The police have blocked the scene", said Rezart Dini.

The news of the death of the three young men has already been published by family members, showing that they lost their lives tragically.

"It is with deep pain that I inform you that yesterday around 17:00 in Luxembourg, three angels accidentally lost their lives, Uka and Ujkani, and Edonik Kastrati. May Allah reward you with Paradise", wrote the uncle of the Bajraktaraj brothers on Facebook.

The exact causes of the accident are still being investigated, while it is known that the speed limit at the scene is 50 km/h.

A large number of emergency teams were mobilized, including several ambulances, firefighters from surrounding areas, an air rescue helicopter and an emergency doctor. The Psychological Support Unit of the National Fire and Rescue Service (CGDIS) was also present.
