Cannabis cultivation in the backyard, one arrested and one wanted

Police have arrested one person and are searching for another, after they were accused of cultivating cannabis in the yard of their apartments.

The police say they have arrested citizen P. Ç., 66 years old, in flagrante delicto, after he was caught watering 54 narcotic plants that he had cultivated in the yard of his apartment. In another case, citizen Xh. Sh., 62 years old, was declared wanted, and the materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office, where proceedings were initiated in a free state for his father, citizen P. Sh., 82 years old, after an investigation conducted with special methods, under the direction of the Tirana Prosecutor's Office, it is suspected that they had cultivated 50 narcotic plants in 2 plots. Work is underway to capture citizen Xh. Sh.

The procedural materials were referred to the Tirana Prosecutor's Office for further action.
