The head of the Special Structure Against Corruption and Organized Crime, Altin Dumani, is expected to hold an important meeting today at the State Department in Washington.
At 16:30 local time, Dumani will meet with the chief of EUROPEAN AND EURO-ASIAN AFFAIRS at the State Department BRENDAN P. HANRAHAN.
The meeting will be held behind closed doors and there will be no media coverage.
This important meeting comes a few weeks after the HPC elects the new head of the BKH and officially opens the race for the new head of SPAK, where Altin Duman's mandate ends in December of this year.
This is the highest-level meeting an Albanian official has had with President Trump's administration.
