The Minister of Internal Affairs in Kosovo, Xhelal Sveçla, has published images of the car in Leposaviq where an explosive was planted.

For this act, he blamed Serbia, saying that when Serbia loses political battles, it turns to terrorism.

"When Serbia loses political battles, in the absence of arguments, it turns to warmongering rhetoric and acts of violence up to terrorism. The tendency to control members of the Serbian community in Kosovo continues, but every day with less success."

He further states that:

Time has passed for threats, burning property, setting explosives and endangering lives, but also oppressing those who think rightly and differently. Now, the rule of law has been extended throughout the territory of our Republic. Safety, justice and welfare for all without distinction and accountability for law breakers.
