Saudi Arabia unveiled a few years ago the plans to build one of the strangest buildings, which left many experts speechless, who described it as unfeasible.
However, not long after, the authorities announced that they had started construction of "The Line", a gigantic building that would stretch 150 kilometers uninterrupted through the desert, and that would house 1.5 million residents (9 million total capacity) with an entire ecosystem to never have to leave.
But it seems that the plans have already changed, the Arab authorities say that by 2030 it is planned to build 2.4 kilometers of buildings, with a capacity of 300 thousand inhabitants.
For this reason, many contractors are reported to have started to significantly reduce the number of workers.
Although shortened, the project still seems inconceivable to many.
