Pressure on Russia increases, G7: If there is no ceasefire with Ukraine, further sanctions!

G7 will " increase pressure " if Russia rejects ceasefire.

This is what we read in the statement of the G7 Finance Ministers and Central Bankers meeting taking place in Canada , which condemns Moscow 's " ongoing brutal war " against Ukraine .

"If no ceasefire agreement is reached, we will continue to consider all possible options, including those to maximize pressure, such as further tightening sanctions," the statement said.

The communiqué called for an analysis of market concentration and the sustainability of the international supply chain.

"We agree on the importance of a level playing field and taking a broadly coordinated approach to address the harm caused by those who do not adhere to the same rules and lack transparency," the statement concludes.
