The US bombs Iran

President Donald Trump has declared that the United States has successfully carried out attacks on three nuclear facilities in Iran: Fordow, Natanz and Esfahan.

"We have successfully completed our attack on three nuclear facilities in Iran, including Fordow, Natanz and Esfahan. All of our aircraft are now out of Iranian airspace," Trump wrote on his Truth Social network.

He also added that a full load of bombs has been dropped on the Fordo facility, and that all the planes are en route to the US.

According to Reuters, a US official has confirmed that B-2 bombers have been involved in US attacks on Iran.

US B-2 stealth bombers have been deployed to the US territory of Guam, fuelling speculation they could be used in a possible attack on Iran.
