Two Alpha jets of the "Patrouille de France", the French tricolor arrows, have collided in eastern France. The French Defense Minister announced the news.
The planes were on a test flight in Saint-Dizier, and the two pilots and one passenger were rescued. The accident was captured on video shared on social media.
"Rescue teams have been mobilized and coordination between the Ministry of Interior and Defense has been established," the minister added.
According to the mayor's office of Saint-Dizier, the location where the "Pattuglia di Francia" training flight took place, the two Alpha Jet pilots and a passenger managed to save themselves. Fortunately, the aircraft crashed in an uninhabited area.
