Iranian Foreign Minister: If Israel continues, we will respond. If not, then
Interview for American television NBC

Iran will not continue with retaliatory attacks on Israel after Friday's attack in which an Israeli missile and three drones fell near Isfahan, Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amirabdollahian confirmed.

"If Israel continues with new adventures, we will respond. If not, then we close it here."

In an interview with American NBC television, the Iranian diplomat said that he does not consider Friday's attack to be an attack either.

"They were more like children's toys, not drones."

As the parties seem to be retreating, another attack added to international diplomats' fear of renewed tensions. A major explosion occurred at a base of a pro-Iranian armed militant group near Baghdad, killing one person and wounding eight others.

However, Israel and the United States immediately distanced themselves, while Tehran was quick to point the finger of responsibility at them.
