Albulena Haxhiu failed to be re-elected as Speaker of the Assembly of Kosovo.
It received 57 votes in favor, while there were 46 votes against, from the PDK, LDK and AAK parties .
While three Nisma MPs abstained.
Deputies from the Serbian List did not participate in the vote at all.
The constitutive session is expected to continue on Friday at 10:00.
