A serious crime in the family has shocked Kosovo and not only. The house of the Hyseni family in Pejë was turned into a crime scene. This is after the family's son, Urim, brutally killed his mother, Hyrije.

Urim Hyseni lived in Germany for 5 years and only a few days ago, he returned to visit his family. But it seems that he had a great grudge against his mother, whom he blamed for the separation from his wife.

Alberta Hyseni, editor of "Sinjali" told "Albania Live" that:  "The first witness was Urim's girlfriend, Urim was caught in the act with a knife and it is suspected that he committed the cannibal act. The head and body were found divided into two parts, the head was found in the basement, the body on the second floor of the house."

Shkodran Nikçi, spokesman for the Peje Prosecutor's Office said: We are waiting for the legal report of the mother's body. Urimi has not been able to give statements.

Criminalistics expert, Ervin Karamuço:  They are not frequent crimes, they do not belong to the crimes of cannibalism, but vampirism. Cutting the head is a sign of schizophrenia. He has delusions, and chose the first prey he found, i.e. the mother, if he had found the grau, then the event would have been even more serious.
