TERRORIST attack in Moscow, 3 children among the victims!

Three children have died as a result of the terrorist attack in Crocus Municipality, on the outskirts of Moscow, according to hospital data posted on the website of the Ministry of Health of the Moscow Region.

At least five children were among those hospitalized after the massacre, officials said.

The venue was booked for a rock concert when the massacre took place by heavily armed men who entered the building and shot indiscriminately at visitors. Then it is said that they set the building on fire.

Russian Health Minister Mikhail Murashko has said that of the approximately 115 people who have been hospitalized, at least five are children.

Their ages range from 7 to 12 years old, and two 12-year-olds are currently in serious condition.

An 11-year-old girl is in moderately serious condition with gunshot wounds, while her mother was among the dead, local authorities said. Her father and older sister survived unharmed.

Earlier, children's lawyer Maria Lvova-Belova told broadcaster Rossiya 24 that a boy with gunshot wounds was among the children being treated.

The Crocus City complex, located in Krasnogorsk, northwest of Moscow, includes sports and leisure facilities in addition to the concert venue where the attack took place.

A number of other children were there that evening. All were evacuated unharmed, local media reported.

Some witnesses say there were many families with their children among the crowd Friday night at the building when the shooting began.

"People were holding their children in their arms. No one knew where she was safe at that time, there was an incomprehensible feeling of what might meet us in the hall, or on the street", said MP Ayder Metshin, who was there for the concert, to RT.

He added that he and other concertgoers had stayed down on the ground and gone to the back of the hall with the musicians, before leaving the venue.

"There was a sense of kind of denial, I couldn't believe this was happening," he said.
