The daughter of a billionaire banker, who was arrested for fraudulently stealing her mother's $140 million fortune, has died.
Foreign media reports that 47-year-old Sabine Boghici suddenly fell from the balcony.
Boghici was arrested last year along with three accomplices for stealing money, jewelry and artwork from her elderly mother.
But now it is announced that she died after a fall from the fifth floor balcony of her house in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
She was found on the ground in front of her house on September 14 and was taken to the hospital where she died from her injuries.
Brazilian authorities believe that the death is suspected to have resulted from suicide, as after checking the apartment a note was found for her roommate Rose Stanesco, who is currently in prison.
Boghici was the daughter of financier Jean Boghici, one of Brazil's biggest art collectors, who died in 2015.
