'Skënderbej' Square has become a 'battlefield' between protesters and police.

Rapid Intervention Forces have been activated to disperse the crowd of protesters in "Skënderbej" Square.

On the other hand, masked protesters are constantly throwing stones, Molotov cocktails and fireworks. The pyrotechnics have caused several small fires in the square.

On the other hand, police officers are distributed in several points of the square and there is also a considerable number near the Socialist Party.

Tear gas has also been added to the smoke from Molotov cocktails and fireworks.
