The chilling testimony of Marigona's mother: They didn't tell me that

Valdete Osmani, the mother of the murdered daughter Marigona Osmani, in the court hearing between tears, stated that they initially told her that her daughter died in an accident, without telling her about the murder.

The mother of the deceased said that when she looked at the girl's corpse, she saw that her jaw and teeth had been broken.

"They didn't tell me that they killed him, they told me he died in an accident. They told me how many days they cut it, when I opened the corpse I found it completely black, the broken jaw and teeth were behind it," said Marigona's mother, T7 reports.

Whereas, at the beginning of the hearing, the suspects Dardan Krivaqa and Arbër Sejdiu have declared themselves innocent.

"First of all, I apologize to Marigona's family and express my condolences for the death of the girl. I do not accept the guilt for the accusations read by the prosecutor", Krivaqa declared.

The autopsy report found that from the many blows, the 18-year-old suffered polytrauma - multiple injuries. Where death is immediately caused by mechanical asphyxia as well as hemorrhagic and traumatic shock.

According to the prosecution, on the critical day, Dardan Krivaqa entered the room with a stick and together with Arbër Sejdiu hit the victim in different parts of the body, causing great physical and mental pain to the 18-year-old.

Dardan Krivaqa and Arbër Sejdiu have been in custody since August of last year as suspects for Marigona's murder. Meanwhile, the criminal offense of "rape" has been added to Krivaqa's indictment and Sejdi's aiding in the commission of rape.
