The two bodies were found burned in the fuselage of the Beech F90 King Air plane that had departed from Sao Paulo for the city of Porto Alegre in southern Brazil, according to local authorities.
"Unfortunately we started the day with this tragic plane crash," Sao Paulo Governor Tarcisio de Freitas wrote on social media, adding that the victims were the pilot and his co-pilot.
According to firefighters, a woman traveling on the bus and a motorcyclist who was hit by the plane were taken to the hospital. Four other people suffered minor injuries.
