Vox News has researched dozens of documents and photos from the plot of land in the Kashari area, next to "Casa Italia", which is the same size as "Skënderbej" Square in Tirana. Currently, the first pavers have gone into that area, paving it with inert materials, as the temporary stadium with a capacity of 60,000 spectators will be built.

Organizers have predicted that the American singer's concert will be held there on July 11. "The stadium will be built in Tirana, for just one night on July 11, at a cost of 50 million euros. The Albanian government says that the show will not be financed by the state budget, but state institutions will participate in the organization. Tickets have gone on sale, from 99 euros to 339 euros," the organizers said.

Meanwhile, at the same time as the concert was decided, the government approved and issued another construction permit, which coincides exactly with the area where the temporary stadium will be located.

Vox News has researched documents from the KKTU, which refer to the "Green City Towers" project, located on the Tirana-Durrës Highway, with the developer and builder company MC INERTE SHPK as the subject.

This firm is owned by Mark Luli, the same one who is developing several projects in Tirana, while the project is being developed on the property of several individuals and an entity operating adjacent to the land.

"As can be seen from the photos of the existing condition, the land in question has been neglected and neglected. The site is currently empty and is bordered to the north by the Durrës-Tirana highway, to the east and west by the 'Pavarësia' and 'Kasem Shima' roads, and to the south by the Lana River. It covers an area of ??64,643 m2, approximately equal in size to 'Skënderbej' Square," the documents state.

According to her, under these conditions, a request is submitted for the development of the land in question, in order to meet the city's needs for new, contemporary facilities, such as hotels and business centers, which are highly sought after by the many vacationers who visit the city during the summer season and beyond.

The photos in the building permit predict that 6 towers up to 21 stories high will be built across this area, while they will be connected by multi-story buildings.

“The solid base and a series of towers rising above it are designed to reflect the natural topography and cultural identity of the region. The ring is built from local Albanian stone and various Mediterranean stones, a material that carries historical and cultural significance. In this project, it becomes a modern link to the past, connecting the towers, while also providing thermal benefits. Rising from this mineral base, the six towers are carefully positioned, oriented towards Mount Dajti or the surrounding hills that embrace the city of Tirana,” the document states.

According to them, the facades of the towers, composed of glass and metal, appear almost weightless.

"On the outer side of the facade, the buildings are clad in different colors - green towards the central park and red towards the surrounding city, giving the large volumes a certain lightness. The towers seem to dissolve into the horizon, while their contours fade into the background of the Tirana landscape ," the document continues.
