While protests against the government continue uninterrupted and have entered their 67th day, with the main demand for the resignation of Prime Minister Edi Rama, the latter appears to be continuing his summer vacation in the south of the country as normal.

The head of government was seen this Tuesday in the Dhërmi area, where he was filmed sailing on a speedboat at sea.

In the video, Rama appears calm and relaxed, wearing a hat and sunglasses, while enjoying moments at sea in the company of his wife.

The presence of two young children is also noticeable on the boat, turning this outing into a family moment.

But what raises questions in this "accidental" video is how Prime Minister Rama was allowed to be filmed up close and who posted the photos and videos online.

Prime Minister Edi Rama's vacation video is not a coincidence, but a well-thought-out communication or PR (public relations) strategy.

The questions that arise are who filmed the prime minister from so close up, in a government area where there are no restaurants or hotels.

From the closeness at which the video was captured, it appears to have been taken by the prime minister's staff, who then "accidentally" posted the video online.

But it didn't stop there, after it was seen that the video caused a stir online and the media was dealing with it, a few hours later a "random" photo surfaced again.

As can be seen from the close-up photo, Prime Minister Rama is lying on a deck chair, reading a book.

During the protests, which went viral on many international media outlets and well-known influencers, Rama declared "war" on the algorithm.

He mobilized his PIAR "army" (communication strategy) to win over the protest, is releasing these videos and photos also part of the strategy?
