Edi Rama gives the 'OLIGARCH of the sea' the beach in Gjirin e Lalëzi for 30 years!

One of the first decisions of the month of August of Prime Minister Edi Rama is giving the use of the coast in front of his complex in Gjirin e Lalëzi to businessman Artan Dulaku .

According to a decision of the Council of Ministers dated August 1, it turns out that Dulak's company, " Concord Investment ", will take the banks and the corresponding area in front of the "San Pietro" complex, for a 30-year term.

This is one of the investments announced as strategic by the government for several years.

According to the latest decision, the use of the shores and the corresponding area of ??the beach in front of the complex will be carried out during the summer season, defined in the by-laws in force for tourism, against the payment of the fee, in accordance with the beach fee, defined in the decision of the Durrës Municipal Council.

The revenue collected from the fee for granting the right to use the shores and the relevant beach area in front of the complex will reportedly be poured into the budget of the Durrës Municipality.

Dulak's investment has been announced as a strategic investment since 2017, with an initial investment fund of 88 million Euros.
