An attempt to commit murder last August in Vlorë, where Amarildo Nikolli from Shkodra was captured, with a gun ready to carry out an execution, has led the Special Prosecutor's Office to another operation.

During the coded operation " Triangle ", Muharem Koroveshi, known by the surnames Ismaili and Myftaraj, was arrested by the police by order of SPAK, while two of his associates, with whom he is suspected of planning the assassination of Inez Hajrulla in Vlora, were wanted.

Who is Inez Hajrulla :

Inez Hajrulla is a name classified as a criminal contingent for the Police, who escaped two assassination attempts, first in 2017 and then in 2019.

2017 assassination:

This assassination was carried out with explosives in his vehicle, where he lost a leg. The assassination took place in one of the bars, which in Vlora is known as the place frequented by Edison Harizaj, one of the strongmen of Vlora, killed in Durrës.

Hajrulla is suspected to be part of Harizaj's group. The 26-year-old at the time is the son of a well-known businessman in the coastal city and is known as a dangerous person.

The young man has been convicted twice. In February 2018, Hajrulla received a 2-year prison sentence for "Disobedience to the order of the Public Order Police officer" and "Unauthorized possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition".

The sentence was related to the weapon that was found during the explosive attack that happened in November 2017, but this sentence was suspended leaving the young man on probation. Also, at the end of the year, he was sentenced to 8 months for "Removing the prisoner from the place of stay".

Inez Hajrulla is a person involved in the investigation into the disappearance of Elvis Troqe in Vlora, in July 2017. His involvement in this case came after one of the witnesses, who is the last person to have met the 25-year-old Troqe, stated to the investigators that Elvis had left the bar where they were staying, telling him that he was going to meet a friend named Ini, which is suspected to be referring to Inez Hajrulla, since in Vlora he is known as " Ini i Çone ".

In addition to the disappearance of the 25-year-old, Hajrulla is suspected of being involved in other criminal events, which are still unsolved.

Assassination of 2019:

Hajrulla was standing in a cafe in the "Oslo" complex in the Lungomare area, in the company of two other people, when suddenly automatic bursts were fired from two cars.

The shooters were apparently amateurs, since none of the bullets hit the target, but an employee of the municipality of Vlora named Dajko Cenodemaj, 58 years old, who was drinking coffee with three of his friends, was wounded by accident.

The perpetrators left by burning the two cars in the Babica area, one of which was a Land Rover, which the investigation showed to have stolen license plates, and two burnt automatics were seized.

The State Police announced on Saturday that it has executed the arrest warrant issued by the Special Court, in February of this year, as it is suspected that these persons provided the conditions and means to commit murder while being accused of a number of other criminal offenses such as organized criminal group.
