The saga of enmity continues with an event on July 2, 1997. Naim Zyberi together with Franc Konomi and Ymer Maçin go to the house of Fatmir Rama, known as Miri i Xhike. He was known as one of the strong men of the time.

"The emblem of the neighborhood, the strongest man, was a soldier at the border, he caught a saboteur, then he was brought to Tirana with a permit, he received a decoration for bravery, he did parallels every day with the weightlifter Dhima, they were together," said Professor of Criminology, Ervin Karamuço 

It is said that Rama was in the apartment that day, but did not go out to open the door himself, but sent one of the people who was with him. The person who came out was Artur Grori, a well-known businessman who owned a very frequented restaurant next to the Presidency.

Zyberi asked Grori to meet with Fatmir Rama, but he told him that he was not in the apartment. Naimi Zyberi leaves for his car, but changes his mind and returns again where Artur Grori reappears at the door. In loud tones, Zyberi asks him to immediately call Miri e Xhike, but Grori repeats that he was not there. Naim Zyberi pulls out his gun and shoots him in the heart, leaving him dead on the threshold of the house.

After Grori's murder, Naim Zyberi leaves for Italy. 

However, the opponents follow the trail of his friend Ymer Maçi who was present at the murder of Artur Grori. In 1997, in the area known as "Selvia", 29-year-old Ymer Maçi was executed near a bar. The perpetrators of the event were never discovered, although suspicion fell on Arben Grorin and two of his friends from Tropo.

He had started the hunt for revenge for his brother and pursued Naim Zyberi, who he considered his main enemy. Grori forms an alliance with Gerd Gjinarari. The latter did not hesitate since in the past he was taken hostage and raped by Naim Zyberi.

At that time, Gerd Gjinarari moved from Germany to Italy for the realization of the plan. They drew up the plan for the execution of Naim Zyber, after tracking him for several days in the city of Milan.

Grori spotted him in a bar where he opened fire, seriously injuring him. Zyberi was taken to San Paolo hospital in Milan to receive medical help. He was guarded at the door by two police officers who stayed 24 hours a day.

After a few days, doctors described Naim Zyber's condition as stable and out of danger for life. But Arben Grori and Gerd Gjinarari did not give up. On the morning of August 6, 1997, they killed Naim Zyberi in his hospital bed. Gjinarari and Grori enter the hospital with a bunch of flowers where they had hidden a pistol with a silencer.

Krimi do të zbulohej pak minuta më vonë nga sinjali i emergjencës së aparaturave. Infermierja hyn në dhomë për të parë pacientin dhe e gjen Naim Zyberin e vdekur dhe të mbuluar nga gjaku.

Dosja e drogës në Itali e Grorit me mafian italiane dhe konflikti që prodhoi vrasjen në Tiranë

Në ngarkim të Arben Grorit, drejtësia shqiptare ka një tjetër dosje ku dyshohej për implikimin e tij në një vrasje të dyfishtë të kryer në vitin 2000. Në fund, ai u lirua nga akuzat për ngjarjen në fjalë, por episodi, u bë shkas për çeljen e hesapeve të vjetra me drejtësinë.

Edmond Murra dhe Saimir Cala, u gjetën të vdekur brenda një veture në zonën e Lundrës në periferi të Tiranës. 700 metër larg skenës së krimit, u prangos Arben Grori.

Ndërkohë, policia kapi në flagrancë shtetasin Agron Tresa që ishte pranë makinës me dy viktimat. Disa metra larg viktimave, pranë një ferre u gjet edhe arma e krimit, një pistoletë. Sipas dëshmisë së Agron Tresës ekzekutimi nuk  ishte kryer aty ku u gjetën nga policia.

Rreth 300 metra më tutje ka ndodhur vrasja. Aty ka edhe njolla gjaku në rrugë …

Vrasja ka ndodhur pasi dy personat në fjalë i kishin vendosur një gjobë Agron Tresës. Mëngjesin e asaj dite Edmond Murra dhe Saimir Cala kanë shkuar pranë hotelit ku ndodheshin Arben Grori dhe Agron Tresa.  Ata fillimisht i kanë kërkuar Agron Tresës që të hypi në makinë me ta dhe janë larguar. Por pas disa minutave janë kthyer për të marrë edhe Arben Grorin. Sipas dëshmive të të pandehurve rrugës kanë zhvilluar një debat.

Rrugës u zhvillua një debat I ashpër mes Agronit, Edmondit dhe Saimirit. Objekti i këtij debati ishte një shumë e madhe parash që I kishin vendosur si gjobë.

At the moment of arrest, Arben Grori did not resist. A few moments later, the police also stopped Agron Tresa. He took full responsibility, declaring that he committed the murder himself. Arben Grori also held the same version.

I did the killing alone with a pistol that I carry with me and it is without a permit. I was forced to commit this murder after Edmondi and Saimir cursed and punched me. I felt threatened because I had been fined 80 million lire. That day after Arbeni got out of the car, Edmondi took out a pistol...
