Berisha's mandate is not even needed by him, and not by Rama!

There are a number of critics in the last 24 hours who, on the basis of conspiracy, allude to a bargain between the majority and Sali Berisha. They connect this with the seal as well as with the non-burning of the deputy's mandate despite his absence for more than 6 months in the Assembly. There are some others who go further: They compare his mandate with that of some socialists who left it or it was taken away while facing the law. The truth is that for the conditions Sali Berisha is in, there is no comparison or bargain with him. In the case of the socialists, it was the will of the latter to exclude theirs at the first moment that they were taken under any investigation or as defendants. Sometimes with consensus and sometimes with a group meeting of the Assembly, they have delivered the 'molded' person to justice, stripped of any kind of immunity and have distanced themselves from him by setting a standard that is not without political costs.

In the case of Sali Berisha, there was no attempt to make a decision on his side, or to ask him to appear before GJKKO as an equal among equals. On the contrary, the entire pro camp has fought the justice system, the USA and Great Britain. Sometimes also other EU ambassadors, apart from Greece, that the opposition has its new love. Berisha's case has even gone further. As if his party was not enough for him, his ally has come to his aid, and while he has problems in the Court both for his wealth and for his divorce, he also has to fight for Sali Berisha and make the international community angry.

The issue of the stamp that Apeli gave to Berisha is the best indicator of unaffected justice, but on the other hand, it once again reveals the true face of what we were used to calling the Re-establishment. The same Appeal that gave the stamp to Berisha, is the same one that is waiting for Ervin Salianj for 20 sessions to communicate the decision. And for Berisha's deputy, this Court is excellent on Monday and criminal on Tuesday. Therefore, the decision on the seal shows not only that there is no bargain with the Court, but also that there is no minimal or banal pact, the word is that the Appeal from Salianji should not be insulted anymore. That surrender is out of the question as long as he risks being handcuffed in the courtroom.

As for the mandate, everyone should calm down. Imagine a Sali Berishe without a mandate and tell me how it differs from a Sali Berishe with a mandate? It is not even a historical record, at least, that it was trumpeted that the mandate of the longest-serving politician of the transition was interrupted for the first time. Because you burned it once!

What bargain can be made with Berisha when he leaves him on the 8th floor and for what he does not know, and above all: What need does Sali Berisha have for the mandate of the deputy when in the London court he justifies his immunity as the former head of the State and not as a legislator?

Of course, a possible bargain between Berisha and Rama is very romantic, mainly to scare Meta and Basha, but both of them did not enter the work of the majority as long as the fourth and fifth political forces in the elections have finished. Many wish the end of Berisha in the worst way. This is not an opinion, but a fact. Article 71 states that the mandate is removed when the deputy is absent for 6 months without reason.

The salary he receives from the Assembly in these circumstances is not even enough for the Molotov cocktails in front of the Tirana Municipality!
