"He betrayed the party and flirted with SPAK"

In 1993, I judged a divorce case in the Tirana court.

Hasan, 71 years old from the village of Ndroq, had asked for a divorce from his wife Hyrije because he was tired of her.

Before filing for divorce, I arranged a reconciliation session to understand the reasons and brokered the reunion.

At the beginning of the session, I asked Hasan: "Why do you feel tired of Hyrija?"

The old woman leaked because she entered politics - she told me. She doesn't do any housework. You don't chop peppers or tomatoes, you don't clean the house, you don't cook, but you only do party meetings and watch the news on TV.

I was speechless, but I gathered myself and asked Hyrije the "1 million dollar" question: "Ms. Hyrije, who do you love more: Hasan or the Democratic Party?"

The entrance was taken aback and smiled back at me: –

"I love the party during the day, Hasan at night"

I held back my laughter and grasped the situation.

I returned the Introduction seriously and raised my voice:

"- O Hyrije, save the schedule of love, because Hasan needs you during the day and not at night. Your husband at this age needs encouragement, work, service and conversation. You have two solutions o Introduction:

1- Either divorce the party or Hasan?

2- Keep both by changing the shift. Sleep with the Democratic Party in dreams and clean and cook during the day.

In the end the solution came from heaven actually:

Hyrije and the entire section of Ndroqi were expelled from the Democracy Party as traitors for joining Spartak Njjela, thereby honoring Hasan and Hyrije who saved them from divorce.

I remembered this story of theirs when I saw the telenovela Meta-Kryemadhi.

REASON FOR DIVORCE: She had betrayed the party and was flirting with SPAK.

I was really crying for the judge who will judge the most ridiculous case in the new century.

The court has two decision-making alternatives:

- To place the fictitious declaration of divorce

- To place the closure in the psychiatrist of the petitioner

Fortunately, the people for the first time understood the tragi-comedy with these clowns.

Everyone is happy and pitying them.

In fact, they don't even deserve to be humiliated.

Their tragedy has only just begun. You still haven't seen anything yet about what will happen to you.
