This strategy, making noise and making a show with the issues, throwing balloons on the market with names that come to mind and treating citizens with zero rights, is the most wrong.

2. Reporting.

Apart from the superpower, SPAK has an obligation to report and not only before the parliament and KLP. But through the press office, the website, let us understand that this prosecutor's office is not an office, but an institution for the benefit of the purposes for which it was established.

What happened to the internal audit of the administration? Why has the issue of candidate prosecutors voted by KLP as future prosecutors stalled? What is happening with the tenders that are published and then cancelled? What happens to the experts called by SPAK? What are the issues that are dismissed?

That they don't start? Why is there a high number of files for which incompetence is declared? Why are referrals expected only from investigative institutions and media, and prosecutors sit idly by and do not open cases, mainly and others.

For example, for two days, I read the abuse file at the Oncologist and I think - was this a case for which SPAK should declare incompetence (drug smuggling file 2023) and not investigate in the cell. There was no better case to judicially understand what happens in hospitals, the tenders there, the inviolable Ministry of Health.

3. The relationship with oneself and the court.

Despite the fact that what sets the standard at the end of the investigation is the court. And the court has shown several times that prolonged investigations lead to the acquittal of the accused. This is a minus. That checks and seizures without permission are abusive.
