The target of Sunday's attack that caused three victims in Fushë Krujë is suspected to have been the wanted person Ervis Martinaj. The group of 4 people managed to create a real massacre, leaving the 3 people who were in the car dead on the spot, where one of them, Diklen Vata, was executed outside the vehicle, while trying to escape the bullets.

While the other two people, Arbër Hoxha and Briland Martinaj, remained dead inside the car without being able to make any movement. Martinaj and Hoxhaj were in the front seats while the "Passat" gasoline vehicle was engulfed in flames.

The police do not yet know for sure whether the fire was set by the perpetrators, or whether the bullets that penetrated the car caused the flames.

At the moment, the criminal case has been registered at the Kruja prosecutor's office, for the charge of "Murder in qualifying circumstances against 1 or more persons" and "Possessing weapons without a permit".
