The following footage shows the moment of the murder of the former police officer, Juliano Prela. The serious incident took place in December 2020, while the suspected perpetrator is Brinalt Martinaj.

The video broadcast on the show "Në Shënjestre" shows how the vehicle driven by Brilant Martinaj, also confirmed in the investigative file, approaches an alley and is parked by the latter. He is then seen shooting ex-officer Prela, leaving him dead.

The full view is blocked by a "Trailer" type vehicle, but police experts say that they had a clearer view and are convinced that the author is Brilant Martinaj, currently still wanted by the police.

26-year-old Prela was executed in the early hours of the morning on December 5, 2020 with three bullets while returning from Shkodra to Tirana
