1 computer

1 mobile device


1 poker table

750 euros and 1800 ALL, which are suspected to have benefited from this illegal activity.

The 34-year-old man was caught in the act and put in handcuffs after he raided his bar for practicing illegal activity in the field of gambling.

Another citizen is also being prosecuted.

As a result of the checks carried out by the services of the Crime Investigation Sector of the DVP Dibër in cooperation with the Mat Police Station, in implementation of the measures defined in the "Rule of Law" operational plan, for the identification and suppression of illegal activity in the field of gambling, have organized and finalized the coded police operation "Game Over", as a result of which another case of this activity was hit.

Thanks to the quick intervention of the Police services, citizen YK, 34 years old, a resident of Burrel, was caught and arrested in the act, after he had adapted his bar and organized the illegal practice of gambling.

Criminal proceedings were also initiated against the SD citizen, after he tried to evade the control that the police services were carrying out inside the 34-year-old bar.

The following were seized as material evidence:

6 slot machines;

1 comouser

1 mobile device

1 poker table

750 euros and 1800 ALL, which are suspected to have benefited from this illegal activity.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of Dibër General Jurisdiction, for further actions.
