GjKKO has left in force the security measure 'prison arrest' for Plaurent Dervishaj, in connection with the file "nothing is forgotten" where he is accused of the murder of Vajdin Lame and Klodian Saliu.

In today's court hearing, Dervishaj claimed that his behavior in Albania is neither deportation nor extradition, but "kidnapping"

Dervishaj told the court how he was taken from his apartment in Dubai and then brought to Albania.

" On August 6, the special forces of Dubai came to my house. They broke down my door under the pretext that my life is in danger and an assassination is being carried out against you. They took me to the police station in Dubai and did not allow me to talk to the lawyer. They kept me there for 10 days and then they put me on a plane and I was arrested in Rinas .
