He was extradited a day ago from Spain, the Special Court decided to continue the measure "arrest in prison" for Leonard Luz.

The applicant, the Special Prosecutor's Office against Corruption and Organized Crime, on 09.11.2024 submitted to the Court the request with the object: "Interrogation and verification of the conditions for the implementation of the measure of personal security, pursuant to Article 248 of the Criminal Code , to the defendant Leonard Luzi".

2. At the end of the trial, the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime with a panel composed of judge Bib Ndreca, based on articles 248, 228, 229, 230, and 245 of the Penal Code, with decision No. 136, dated 10.11.2024,
decided:

1. Continuation of the implementation of the coercive personal security measure "Arrest in prison", provided by article 238 of the Penal Code, assigned to the
defendant Leonard Luzi (alias Zejno, alias Sejno), with decision No. 11, dated 05.02.2024, by the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and
Organized Crime.

2. The Special Prosecutor's Office against Corruption and Organized Crime and the Judicial Police are ordered to execute this decision.

3. The right to appeal against this decision is allowed within 5 (five) days, starting from the day after the notification of this decision, to the Special Court of
Appeal for Corruption and Organized Crime.
