A 30-year-old man from Kavaja has been criminally prosecuted by the Tirana Police and referred to the Prosecutor's Office, after yesterday threatening and insulting a vacationer who had placed a semi-lounge chair by the sea.

" Get up and run away from here, I'll take you by the shoulders ", he says to the citizen, and at one point he tries to take his cell phone. Regarding the following images, the Police reacted today and informs that the person in question has been criminally prosecuted.

" Regarding a video posted on social networks, which is about a case of denunciation of inappropriate behavior by a citizen, on the beach of Golem, we clarify that:  

The Police Services, after broadcasting the footage, have identified and escorted to the Police premises the citizen F. Sh., 30 years old, resident of Kavajë. At the end of the actions, the crime investigation specialists at the Kavajë Police Station referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office and the criminal proceedings for the citizen F. Sh.

From the verifications, it was found that the documents for the beach bar and for the use of the space along the coastline, this citizen has in accordance with the legal requirements ", the official announcement states.
