The High Prosecution Council has opened the way for the competition to fill three vacant positions for prosecutors in the Special Prosecution Office against Corruption and Organized Crime (next to SPAK).
A few days ago, the KLP approved the new regulation for the election of prosecutors in this structure through the promotion procedure.
The Career Development Commission headed by Alfred Balla and with members Bujar Sheshi and Eloida Goxhi took a decision today to propose the opening of the competition.
The plenary session where this procedure will be discussed was scheduled for 29.09.2023 at 10.00.
If the proposal of the KZHK will be approved at the KLP, while the number of prosecutors at the SPAK is expected to reach 20 in a few months.
